Coach Matt Rogers is a 25+ year veteran high school and college coach, administrator and scout. For 9 years, he served as the Senior Head Scout, Director of Team Solutions, National Speaker and Webinar Host for the largest college recruiting organization in the U.S. where he helped over 4,000 student-athletes in 30+ different sports around the world achieve their dream of playing their sport at the college level. From his vast experiences and success stories, he has created a simple 12-step process that every family can follow that will lead to a significant recruiting experience and results that helped inspire the writing of his first book “Significant Recruiting”.

Rogers has a vast history as a Head Coach and Athletics Administrator. He served as a Director of Athletics and Associate Director of Athletics at the NCAA D3 and D2 levels for 8 years. He spent 3 years at Whitfield School in St. Louis, MO where he was instrumental in leading the boys’ basketball program to the Missouri Class 2A State Championship.
