Chris Ellis is a 2011-12 Inductee into the Missouri Basketball Coaches’ Hall of Fame and a great friend for the past 20+ years. In our 9 years together where he coached the women and I coached the men at Maryville University of St. Louis, he made me laugh as much as he made me a better coach. He was definitely born to be a basketball coach, and you’ll hear the joy he still has for coaching the game after 40 years on the sidelines.
