My sports journey began as a high school and college athlete, but after a series of injuries, I found my calling in coaching. For over 25 years, I’ve led high school and college programs, mentored thousands of student-athletes, and led multiple teams to the NCAA National Tournament and earned multiple Coach of the Year honors—transforming underperforming teams into national contenders.
From breaking records at the University of La Verne to guiding over 4,000 athletes through the college recruiting process the past 12 years as a college scout and advisor, my passion has always been helping others succeed at every level. Today, I serve as a College Recruiting Adviser, Motivational Speaker, and University Athletics Consultant—training coaches and athletic directors in recruiting, team-building, and program development.
I’m also the author of Significant Recruiting: The Playbook for Prospective College Athletes, a 5-star reviewed guide helping athletes gain exposure and make confident, informed decisions. I host the weekly Significant Coaching Podcast, where I interview athletes and coaches from high school to the pros, and write The Blog of Significance, offering weekly insights for student-athletes, parents, and coaches.
